This lightweight application allows you to effectively manage samples and associated data and implemented with minimal or no customization. xcelcuré LIMS, automates workflows, integrate instruments, manage samples and associated information, and generate reports with inbuilt reference value and approval mechanism. It also manages radiology reporting using integrated PACS with inbuilt DICOM viewer.

Application optimizes resource allocation with automated communication systems through SMS, email and other communication channel based on patient test result that send out effective messages for report collection, follow-up tests, upcoming appointments, outstanding payments, etc.

Data captured in automated systems can be imported to this application using REST API or Communication Interface.

Report can be delivered through mail. Report status, test values can be sent through SMS as well. User can choose their mail and SMS provider.

Automated in-patient report delivery (available in mobile as well)

Report for admitted patient is automatically attached with the digital bed note (Feature is integrated with the xcelcuré Hospital management System)

Sample Processing

Organize entire sample collection and retention process with detail records of collection, test type, retention period. Barcode, unique labelling and sorting feature facilitates sampling management more efficiently.

Automated Reporting

Report is delivered in portable document format with digital signature and secured with password. In-patient test results are viewable to doctors and nurses with increased security measure in application as well as in mobile app. Color code and prominent signs in dashboard is available to identify test completion status, report delivery status.

Test value verification / recheck mechanism

Test result acceptance depends on verification approval. Recheck option is there for retested value.
